Have reinstalled my raspberry system couple of times over last 24h and can confirm: there are no pi/raspberry pair for login and password anymore. Thought I was insane but after couple of reinstalls I have figured out latest raspberry os doesn't have it by default. Surprisingly "Raspberry Pi Imager" still allows to skip username/password.
Would be nice to update documentation to avoid confusion for new users.

If you’re not using Kalico or Mainsail-AFC then just use KIUAH.

moving away from mainsailos and using raspi pi imager directly gets you the latest and greatest as well.

@manic vault @native sonnet maybe I am missing something, but nothing mentioned by you changes mentioned issue: reasonably latest RPi OS and everything based on it doesn't support default username password, but it is mentioned in the Voron documentation.

The docs should be updated ya but for pi imager at least you get to choose the username and PW
