i overtighten the x endstop on fysetc carbon fiber tap. what do i do?

What do those screws thread into? The carbon fiber body or something else?

If there's a decent hole left (maybe even with some little bit of thread), you can probably get away with putting some threadlocker or some other kind of goop on the screw and put it back in (gently). They don't need to hold up to a lot of force, but they need to not rattle loose when you're printing.

Are they machine screws or those "self tapping" screws (that look like tiny wood screws)?

In any case, as long as the carbon fiber isn't totally trashed you should be able to fix them in place. Could even glue the microswitch in place if you're worried about it coming apart during printing (and just use whatever screw clamping you have left to align/fixate it). Just don't use anything stronger than you're able to pry off, should you need to replace the switch or something in the future.

If they're through holes, you might also be able to run longer screws through and a nut on the back (I don't think it will interfere with anything else, but not entirely sure). That would definitely require thread locker though.
