you hear them sound differently
when they''re the same tension (by gauge)
@eternal root @strong herald did you have this problem as well?
No, I donโt. But I assume it may sound differently based on where vibration goes
What is the problem? The sound
yep
It will sound different as you move the toolhead. Just as a guitar will sound different as you move your fingers on the frets
yes i know
the problem is that when i tune for 150mm
when i move the toolhead to the back, they will be different sounds as well
so, i tune for 150mm or other length
I really am not understanding the problem.
we tune the belts at 150 mm. for both sides.
if you move the belts to say 200 after tuning for 150 the sound will be different.
I do not understand the question and/or problem
the problem is that when i tune the belts to the same sound at 150mm, at 200mm the left belt will sound different than the right belt
and when i tune to the same sound at 200mm, they'll make different sound to each other at 150mm
run the belts sync macro, then run compare belts macro
Also you need to stop fishing for answers at multiple places. You ask ten different people you are going to get ten different answers. Pick one place to troubleshoot and work through their guidence.
If you do not like their guidence then switch. But stick to one place. Else, you will get caught up in a loop and go around in circles
Ok! Sorry for that
this is after running the motor's sync macro
To add to what Reth said, u are not forced to get help here ๐ just tell us we are good to go and this post will be marked as SOLVED and closed ๐
None of us will be mad
Yeah, the re-sent is because i'm talking to a friend, and was asking if they had the same issue...
well. i tuned them now at 150mm
they're making the exact same sound
now running motor sync and compare belts
same sound at 150mm
which is the A belt here? @eternal root is the top one or the bottom one? i'm slightly confused about the numbers... 1,-1 and 1,1
front left and rear right = B belt
front right and rear left = A belt
with these graphs you have transitioned to being outside the scope of basic helping.
For awd we support up to
EI at 0 vbir% at 10K
Mzv at < 5% vibr% at 10K
Why have we set this value? Because we need to create a limit between unicorn chasing and good to print.
At these values there are no real mechanical issues happening and everything after this is tuning and modifying
ok!
so, we can close the thread then!
Thank you so much @eternal root @strong herald and @keen solar ... sorry if i forgot someone lol
@rigid delta uwu
last graph lol
Sorry, i didn't know it'd change the status to non solved ๐
What toolhead is this
this looks good
