I just flashed everything from the sd card onto the eMMC thinking maybe bad sd, same result
Thinking its a CAN communicating issue, I have tried to input shape with a mellow usb adxl, same issue.

Hey mate, I also was getting occasional TTC during input shaper runs as well as occasionally during printing. Lately it become more frequent and the thing that has seemed to help the most is giving Klipper its own CPU cores to run off, which should technically help with the timing of instructions/latency not be interrupted.
You can find instructions on how to do that on Esotericals Guide posted above. I'm only 15hrs in with no errors so far, but was previously getting them every 3-4hrs or so (very roughly)
its been 22 days, how are things going? any update for us? 🙂
I had to drop the micro steps down to 16 to stop the ttc error :/
Btt pi is weak, thats a known issue
Anyways
That means we can make this as solved?
