Haven't fully finished wiring just yet, while doing so I noticed that when moving 2 of the corners it sounds lush and smooth whereas the other 2 sounded like they wanted to retire already and sort of clicky/low rumble. Any direction would be amazing of whether this is normal or not 😀

can you locate where the noise is coming from? the top idler, the bottom z-drive or somewhere else?

Seems to be coming from the bottom where the large cog connects to the motor

Can you take a better picture of the XY tensioner on the noisy one? Looks like your AB belts are moving, maybe your Z belt is on the wrong side of the AB belt and rubbing tooth to tooth

Morning! I was up all night and I think I have it as of 10 minutes ago! It could be one of 2 silly things.
- there was a small wire clipping stuck in one of the gear teeth
- i had only the motors plugged in to the octopus and that was somehow slowing the movement on that motor in particular
Immediately after that success i burned out the octopus board and got the spicy smoke so had to order a leviathan hahahaha. If it can be broken I will break it 😭
But the belts are good now, so I consider it a win ❤️
