#Reverse Bowden issues

So, I have an issue with the Reverse Bowden on my voron 2.4 that is causing my extruder to jam up.

Right now, it feels like the bowden is adding too much friction to the system. I am running the filament through a side panel to fix the issues.

The PFTE tube has 3mm ID.

Hey, so even when I remove the PTFE retainer, I have that same bend out the back of the exhaust, and there is no improvement in the issue.

Unless the printer is right up against the wall, you should be able to just make a larger-radius bend.

I've also seen some exhaust panel mods that have the tube coming out at an angle.

But usually this is not much of a problem, I've had pretty sharp bends and it has worked just fine for anything except TPU.
