It can be caused in a few different ways. Where is your chamber thermistor plugged in? Which MCU?
What kind of sensor is it and how do you have it defined?
I will have to turn the printer over and look, it has been a while. The thermister is a NTC 100K B3950. I plug it in where shiftingtech recommended. It worked great for about 4 months now it is giving me a 90 degree reading all the time and the hot end fan stays on all the time.
