Klipper needs updates, but my OS is old and I want it to be up to date for security reasons. So I need to rebuild it from the ground up.

I dread all the board reflashing though... mainly the laying on the back with a flashlight and ceramic tools. I knew that was coming with klipper updates anyway.

the only thing i personally would add or recommend to add to your guide is, that importing the old moonraker.cfg can cause issues, therefor i tell people to not import it again to avoid issues.
Upload your printer.cfg and any other cfg files that you backed up earlier.

u never know how old the previous install was and moonraker had some changes which can be breaking changes
