My Voron 2.4 is experiencing issues during Quad Gantry Leveling. Three corners (Z2, Z3, and Z) pass on the first probing attempt, but Z1 (the back-left corner) requires multiple passes and repeatedly triggers the error message: "Probe samples exceed tolerance. Retrying...". Eventually, it completes the QGL process, but if I run it again, Z1 continues to have the same issue. Could this be a problem with the gantry alignment or the build plate? I'm looking for guidance on troubleshooting this and any good documentation that could help.

Check for smooth operation of the slide in that corner, as well as any binding with the belt or stepper. Perhaps binding with the gantry not being square. Also check the mount for that corner of the gantry onto the linear slide block.
check your belt tension, especially for that back left corner
Main belt tension and belt loop tension.
mive gantry up and down by 150-200..
Does it move smoothly?
Definitely a gantry issue, I started by removing the 4 sliders from the gantry and letting it float on the belts. I moved the gantry up and down gently and the right rear corner is wanting to sit lower than the other three. I loosened the screws around the gantry and setting the height of all 4 corners making sure that when I tighten them that all sit level. That's where I am at right now.
are all 4 pulleys correct? 20t?
Pulleys are correct. All belts back on and tuned. Ran QGL 2 times to allow gantry to level. Ran 5 more and there were no errors thrown. Going to run a ZA endstop calibration next. Any other procedures I should do before trying to print?
Mechanically everything looks great with the gantry. Went to print and it is intermittently feeding the filament. What started the whole process is I upgraded to a Stealthburner with a dragon high flow head. Have to see what I missed when I installed it. Well that's a tomorrow project. Any ideas please let me know. Thanks for everyone's help, you guys are amazing!
I got the same problem with my out of the box formbot. The rear left corner dives down more and more untill it hit's the Frame.
The problem was with the gantry, Thanks for your time.
