Voron Trident 300 (LDO Kit Rev A)
ChaoticLab CNC Tap
Nitehawk SB ADXL345
Kinematic Bed
Belt tension measured using PF Maker Tension Meter, to 2.2 on the meter
Issue: Belt graphs are inconsistent and the top belt moves up and down during movements. This may not be a resonance issue, but rather a kinematics issue.

Pictures and video coming soon

Also please post the picture of the VORON cube as stated in the guidelines

Right now I have all the panels off and the steppers unplugged, I rechecked all the screws and measured the tension. The back corner are fine, It appears there is a mechanical issue with the front right idler. I already printed parts for the clee Beefy Front Idlers, so I will install that as soon as the dowel pins arrive and then recheck everything

Have u checked your XY joints according to the attached picture above?

Could u also please share this cube with your slicer settings as a .3mf so we can import it and tell us which slicer was used please

Yes, thank you for that. I checked them after that print and after measuring to make those graphs. The right screw was at least one full turn away from touching the idler, even though it looked very low. I completely loosened all the screws and then readjusted them according to that guide, just in case.
Moving the axes by hand, it feels about the same as before. I also completely re-loosened the tensioners and re-did the tension using the PF Makers meter. They are now measuring 2.1 on the meter, within about +/- half the thickness of the marking line.

Here is the accels I used

in filament section do you have auto cool or slow down set? If so can you turn it off

I forgot to check that, I will check that for the next print. Today I got the dowels so I installed the Beefy Front Idlers, double checked the XY joints and the rear motor/idler mounts, and put everything back together.

#

Should I have input shaper on or off for the next cube?

Here is the webcam view of the cube printed immediately after re-assembly. I will not have access to the printer until Monday, but I can VPN in and mess around

These cubes are not showing resonance.

Looks like you are printing good.
What is your goal?

I'm not sure anymore. I guess whatever resonance issues I had before are resolved now, though I'm not sure how or when or why. There was ringing just a couple weeks ago, and now there is no visible ringing. I am still having other issues which I am not sure if it is extrusion consistency, slicing, or kinematics, which would be a discuss for the print help channel I guess.
I found a lot of belt dust inside the right side front idler when I took them apart, and signs of wear on the edges of that belt, but doesn't necessarily relate to resonance.

Some belt dust is normal.
If your belts start getting frayed that is another issue
