Information about my Printer:

SB Toolhead with CW2 and Phaetus Rapido v2 UHF
EBB SB2040 Toolhead Board
Manta M8P V1.1 Mainboard with CB1

I am unable to control extruder or hotend including the thermistor since i did a firmware update about two weeks ago.
Everything else that is connected to the can board (leds, fans, tap, endstop) still work properly.
I tried installing newer and older klipper firmware which didnt help at all.
I tried the second can port on my mainboard, got a replacement EBB SB2040, tried other hotends, thermistors, motors, still the same issue.

I dont know what to do anymore, any suggestions on what to do now?

Is klipper complaining "cannot connect to EBBCan" (or whatever it's called), or does it connect but just doesn't do anything with it?

Did you flash the right kind of klipper for the Manta (USB-to-CAN bridge)?

Did you update klipper on just the Manta, or the SB2209 too?

And regarding the other two questions, yes i did flash the right klipper versions and i updated both boards to the same version

I got the hotend thermistor working because i switched it to the MAX31865, but the ~~extruder and~~ hotend are still dead

edit: extruder works again

so what did you do to fix it (or to unfix it before)?
