Is this bad? Can I fix it? What does it all mean?

Yeah it doesn't sound great. I don't recommend moving the toolhead that quickly either. Back driving steppers that quickly can be hard on drivers.

Can you try diagonal moves to see if you can isolate it to a single belt path? Also see if the sound is coming from the front or back of the printer.

Also check the belt path. Make sure the belt only touches bearings or idlers.

ok ill do that

#

seems like its coming from the place where the x-axis meets the y-axis

#

i tried diagonal and it makes the sound regardless of which way its going

Oh that could mean it's a linear rail issue unfortunately. Did you feel any binding when moving the x axis before installing the belts?

Is it left or right side?

I would start by tensioning the belts properly. Loosen both idlers all the way, then pull all the slack out of the belts in the toolhead belt clamps. Then tighten the belts with the idlers.

so as i was strippiong down my toolhead i noticed the tap printed part that holds the belts was broken, I fixed it and tightened the belts and i feel no more bumps or sounds from the printer
