#Another pressure advance issue

Hello Voron addicts,

After 2 weeks trying to get the pressure advance (PA) working on my fleshly made Voron 2.4 300mm, I'm about to give up...

I followed Ellis' tuning guide (3 times) and Klipper guide, to obtain a final PA value of 0,055, with the different models (tower, lines...).

To test the PA, I tried to print the "Ringing test" with one perimeter only to tweak PA and PA smooth time, but anything I tried, nothing goes right...

So, I tried different PA (0 to 0,2), PA smooth time (0 to 0,2), square corner velocity (0,1 to 80), speed (30mm/s to 200mm/s), acceleration (500mm/s² to 10000mm/s²), with or without input shaper, with or without cooling...

My configuration is : Galileo 2 extruder, Rapido 2 Plus UHF, brand new PLA filament Galaxy Black, dried in a filament box. Sliced on PrusaSlicer last version with no acceleration control and no limitations. The printer is not in an enclosure.

Everything else is tweaked, input shaper, extruder steps, extrusion multiplier, maximum flow rate, PID, temperature...

It seems like I need no PA for deceleration, and 0,055 PA for acceleration, but as I read, it's not possible !

In the picture, I show different PA at 215°C, with High temps at the end (240°C), at 170mm/s, 6000mm/s², SCV=5.

All results are ugly, even with other STL models.

What am I missing ?

Thanks in advance !

Don't try to use the ringing test and manually calibrate PA. Instead either use Orcaslicer or Ellis's pa pattern generator

Already done, but the results are awful when I try to print other STL.
Is there a way to have a pressure advance value for acceleration, and another value of PA for deceleration?

If I set the right amount of PA for good extrusion at acceleration, I've got under extrusion at deceleration. But if I go with lower PA, I've got under extrusion at acceleration.
When I'm right in the middle of PA, I've got under extrusion at both acceleration and deceleration... Only at corners, of course
