I am having an issue with constant changes in my z-offset. both positive and negative directions.
I will adjust the offset to near perfect, and it will be fine for that print maybe a 2nd (not usually) after getting it dialed in.
Example: This morning, I printed a Voron Cube, had to micro step to (-.320) printed fine once I got there. Started the next print after the cube finished, was also fine just a .001 change. Then the next print was at (0.065) as the nozzle was now printing on the bed so almost a 0.4 change.
The printer does a QGL and Bed Mesh every print. Print_End then clears the bedmesh after. I printed for about 100 hours before this random offset problem started occuring. Please Note it was a sudden change. Mid print it became very rough. So I went through checked the fasteners, and the tap rail had come loose. I corrected that. and the prints were normal after that once I find the Z offset.
Things I have tried: Checking for loose fasteners, Grub screws, belt tensioning.
Currently Using Orca Slicer.
V2.4 with Tap.
