Hi all!
I have an extruder issue where the grip is quite week on the filament. Reasonly I changed my temp sensor and rebuilded my extruder and cleaned it but now it is only capable of 5mm^3/s instead of 25mm^3/s
I have tighten the filament all the way but it is quite week in the indents as shown in the top and side profile of the fillament.
Any guesses on what is wrong
technical info
CW2 steachburner extruder
Dragonfly Hotend UHF High
218C temp for PLA
filament diameter measured to around 1.75mm
Gears wear seems minimal
Fillament indent in image is taken and tested after assembly while turning the motor with a screwdriver on the backside at minimal speed
Have tried following both of these guides:

The extruder skips? If it's tightened all the way, that might be too much for the motor to handle. My spring is really strong for example.

Does extrusion volume increase if you increase temperature? Or does it not change at all?

Btw the first link is broken

while im sure those guides work you should follow these ones since its cw2 specific, also on another side note 1) whats your motor/numbers and whats your run current and do u also have a inner bowden in between the hotend and the cw2, you could check to see if its actually the cw2 thats causing problems by taking it off and test extruding you should set the min extrude temp to something like 20 for some tests to see if u have resistance in either the hotend or the reverse bowden https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ly22qmB3NxE&ab_channel=Dr.Dave'sWorkshop

Are you looking for a one-take, iPhone quality video guide for how to set the mesh between the motor and 50 tooth gears of the Clockwork 2 extruder? If so, then you should watch this video if you think it would be helpful or interesting! If not, well, that's cool too! I'm sure that there are cute cat videos out there somewhere. But also, this...

Ever wonder how to adjust that weird screw that sits under the guidler arm in the Voron Clockwork 2 extruder? Well, good news! Here is a quick video to show you how. (Also, you should clearly not call this a Stealthburner extruder. Who would ever do such a thing?! That would be terrible!!! Sigh. . .)

if thats the lowest the anti squish will go that might be your problem but it also looks like you had some elephants foot when printing it aswell u could either run a file or sandpaper a few times to make it more of a 90, you also dont want binding in the gears u want smooth movement all the way around

I just found the culprit to the problem, it is this gear that is able to pivit around a milimeter the rod is 3mm and the gear is 3.15mm
