How did you apply the lubricant? It sounds rather "dry" to me, but maybe that is just the video.
Also, dielectric grease is, as far as my research goes, NOT meant for application in bearings and thus linear rails.
It might work but will probably not be very efficient/durable.
I have “injected” some straight to the carriage and applied some to the rail.
I haven’t had any problems with the MNG9 rails but this one doesn’t seem to quiet down.

Why on earth are you using dielectric grease?
That stuff isn't really a lubricant
Dielectric grease is to protect electrical connections, not for bearing applications. If you chose to go forward with that, expect accelerated linear rails/bearing failure. The correct grease to use is Mobilux EP2, maybe EP1, some folks use Super Lube 21030.
