#Rubbing/Vibrations causing horrible artifacts

Bit of a background... I built the 2.4 over three months ago and it's been printing flawlessly. Recently, I have had to replace the PT1000 due to user error. All sorted, no issues. About a week later (now), I could hear a rubbing sound. Printed some Voron test cubes to get a better idea as to what's going on. Also ran input shaper calibration to get graphs to see if anything stands out. Compared with my graphs from the last time I calibrated, and if anything, it's giving me higher accel recommendations, especially on the y axis.

I have tightened/loosened some screws, paying close attention to idlers. I've also regreased the rails. The rubbing/vibrations appear to have gone for the most part, but my print results are telling a different story. Any tips? The test cubes attached are printed in black ABS, which isn't an issue as I've used it time and time again and it has always printed in a solid black, no greyish slurs.

What do we think?

Go faster? Try a ringing tower or run shake n tune vibrations and see what speeds to stay away from. Stay in the valleys

This is the thing though, I've printed several of these cubes and none have gave me an issues close to this?

Could be wet filament ?

This is a new issue. Previously, I've printed outer walls at 200mm/s, inner at 300mm/s, infill at 400mm/s

So do outer walls at say 120 and see.

Ok. What filament

I've tried two and both the same. Kingroon ABS and Hatchbox ABS

Will try a different colour as well.

I haven't used those

Black is the least forgiving

I'm convinced this isn't a filament issue. The rubbing noise I could hear was related to the belts and rails. It only happened when the toolhead was travelling from back right to front left. or back right to front right. Every other direction was fine, no odd noises

I just can't put my finger on it

Those are single motor moves.

Belts tuned and tuned again to 110hz as per the recommendations

#

What could that mean then?

Take the panels off and see if it goes away?

Id think a likely candidate is xy joint.
