#Frame assembly - one piece of extrusion is slightly misshapen. Voron 2.4

After all the assmebly and leveling done, I have noticed that one extrusion is slightly deformed on the edge, please see photos attached. Extrusion's length matches other extrusions, it is cut square and the frame itself is almost perfectly square also, all diagonals are within 1mm. But one 'wing/edge' of extrusion is twisted down and outside, making t-nut slot wider on one face, and narrower on the adjacent one, making impossible to use t-nuts one these two faces near the corner. It will be top right corner in the back of printer with deformed edges facing up and back. So the question is - will I need t-nuts inside this part of extrusion and I need to swap this extrusion with, lets say, bed holding extrusion or I am safe to proceed as long frame's shape itself is good? I looked through manual and I have not noticed any parts that could interfere at this region, but I could have missed something.

Many thanks for your comments ! It does not bother. Almost 🙂 If this is only the visual issue, hidden by the outer parts and not affecting technical side and print quality - I am ok with it. As @Thor precisely pointed out, I am too eager to proceed with my build and do not want to waste time waiting few weeks for spare part to arrive. Checked both bed support extrusions - they are of the exact same lenght, so I believe I could swap the deformed one with the bed extrusion, keeping the frame squared. But, if I get it correctly, in case of problems, it will be easier to replace extrusion from the top of the frame, not the bed support, right?

top front would be the easiest to replace, the only thing attached to it are the panels. and if you can turn it so that it only bends downward you might not even see it once the panel clips are on

you want the front and top on flat sides for the panels, and the inside flat where the z idlers fit next to.

Only the frame is assembled by now, so it can easly be also front top part. Just took detailed look at the manual once again, if the extrusion is positioned at top front and if I rotate one bent side to look downwards, the second deformed side with slit becoming wider at the end of extrusion will face outside or inside or the printer. Inside is bad, as Z Idler will be there, so outside is the only option left. Door clips are connected to the vertical extrusion, so the front facing edge of horizontal extrusion does not affect anything.

Except all the visuals, top front seems reasonable choice

How upsetting maybe improper cooling from factory. So sorry. For what it's worth it may have happend in shipping. Perhaps check your important axis for straightness with a straight edge as this may cause issues down the line with racking and such.

#

Perhaps with some cork and a mallet if you strategically can hammer that one lobe back to straight for aesthetic reasons only. It seems though as a whole it may be just that one side

Personally I'd ignore it along as my frame is square and maybe visually print somthing to hide it for fun.

I'd complain to the vendor and tell them no action is needed but to avoid it happening for future customers...
