X and Z End stops always triggered Chaoticlab TAP | VORONDesign | Page 1

I am new to Voron community. Having issues where i am unable to Home. Both the X and Z endstops show triggered when running a m119 in mainsail. This is a fresh build running canbus through u2c and chaoticlab CNC TAP V1.0. X endstop on tool head and z endstop is TAP

i ran through the setup when got to endstop checks thats where i am broke

the Endstop for x is on my SB2209 board in my SB
