Home Office Desk Makeover Help Needed

I am in the process of doing a Makeover. I would like some suggestions on accessories, color, themes or anything that can make this area look organized and flow with my living room.

Things I have

I just ordered a docking station. I was thinking about a table peg board & a monitor stand. Maybe a wall shelf with a plant and something lol.

i'd say get a shelf above too to store some of your stuff

there's lots of clutter currently
