I learned French and Latin growing up. Forgot most of it. I would say we had a choir that sang in Latin that was beautiful

African Languages like Swahili and Twi are fun. With Africa not sure about all of them, but they speak with their throat, their body, so there is a rhythm, almost guttural

English grammar is really weird, We communicate through word order and our grammar words are super nuanced.

and our infinitives are 2 seperate words

to eat

to run

to conspire

etc.

Becuase of latin AND germanic influence. we have so many synonyms

and just vocabulary in general

Something also that doesnt really translate well into other languages is the word "Do".
Im not sure what it is, but Translation is also kind of awkward in any language for me. Like understanding verb conjugations looks like rocket science for me, even though English has them. Our grammar is easy enough to get by, but when you try to apply logic to it. it starts not making sense. and also just the linguisitc jargon itself is hard. Like what the hell is a pluperfect tense?
