With reactive slots being (kinda) critable this is a bit painful. It's also odd that it doesn't negate tandem-charge, when tandem-charge was designed specifically to defeat Reactive armor IRL.
Thats why it doesnt negate TC
If TC ammo deals full damage vs this armor (it doesn't currently) but loses its crit check, that would make sense
Its not negating the AP effect of TCs

I'll need to go over both and see what the intent is: it's been many months and something seems to have been garbled along the way.
Yeah. Considering Tandem's are meant to defeat Reactive, it should probably be vice versa. It prevents all other crits, but has no effect on TCs.
There will be a packet update in the next few days, so this will be addressed there along with whatever other initial bits come up.
