Delete the section allowing this armor to negate all AP weapon effects (this change does not apply to tandem-charge missiles: reactive armor interacts with such missiles under this revision as it does now).

With reactive slots being (kinda) critable this is a bit painful. It's also odd that it doesn't negate tandem-charge, when tandem-charge was designed specifically to defeat Reactive armor IRL.

If TC ammo deals full damage vs this armor (it doesn't currently) but loses its crit check, that would make sense

Yeah. Considering Tandem's are meant to defeat Reactive, it should probably be vice versa. It prevents all other crits, but has no effect on TCs.
