For some reason the file doesn't get recognised, mekHQ can "see" it but doesn't manage to read it (and so displays a big red cross instead)

Probs not, iirc the main thing was surprise filetype changes
But yeah it's weird
I basically got the file, put it in the specific folder for those, made sure the filename wasn't weird (no special characters that can mess things up sometimes), and made sure it is a .png (not a file.png.webp or whatever, as I've seen before x) )
kinda at a loss at what else could be an issue, beyond a need for company insignias to be a specific ratio or smth
