Different brush and line weights will work

right now the all lines are the same.

For example, when drawing under the chin, you should do more thicker lines than other

logic is if light hitting the place, Do thinner

if it doesnt hit the place do thicker Lines

bottom of breasts, chin, curve, some line variation on hair,

Also, there are some anatomy mistakes, but I won't say something because you didn't specify it.

Also, I don't know if it's intentional or just your style, but the brush is a sketchy type of brush, which, if you want clean line art, I don't think is the best choice.

the problem with this is the lines are random; for example, I dont know who did that you or another person, but they used a thick thickline under the chin then suddenly a thin one again, the same with the neck, the same thickness line no variation which doesn't make sense. At the bottom of the hat, they did one thick line then thin again with no logic.

the problem is with the angle of head and the angle you drew the eyes

and about the hair in Avatar, the ponytails are small and short, while in your drawing it's way bigger. Plus, if you look at the bangs, after the first bang it's a down and straight line, then a spiky hair
