Why does something look off compared to the reference?

A few things and I mean this nicely! because I truly do love it! I think her face is too stretched out, ya know? In the reference, her face isn't stretched, it's more together if that makes sence. I think it's just the face and everything else looks amazing! I love the colors! Another thing! Her shoulder! In the reference, it's more upwards. Either way, it's great! I wish I could color like that!
