Help with faces

Im having trouble with how to make faces proportional, any tips on face shape and proportions

You should try and draw the eyes at the same time , it helped me a lot.

For example , you draw a line on the left eye first , then you draw on the right eye after , its kinda hard to explain. I’ll show you an example

A very unique trick one of our professors taught us was to cut you pencil in an angle. So if you look at it flat you see a flat rectangle, and the other angle u see a sharp line. That way when you draw you can slip you pencil the way you like to fill in shadows or make sharp details. Have fun!!!!
