#How do I animate a wave correctly?

oh I have a tip if it helps!
try and look up the wave principle, its very helpful for flowy things going through the wind for example. usually its like one long strand that changes from a C shape into an S shape, but you can also add more little waves if needed! hope this helps, let me know if you have any questions maybe if i have the time later i can sketch it out for ya ^^
funny enough i felt very called out to this post today because i had two classmates who drew mob and dimple in our animation class lol
Tyytyy!! I tried to fix it, it kinda looks like a flame now but I think it might be something
What a coincidence!
you can either have it move like a flame if you do both sides the same, otherwise if you alternate the other side it should look a bit more like the original i think! maybe it helps if you really look at some of the original movement of it and try to replicate that
all the interactions between dimple and reigen! including the OVAs. I may add subtitles later, but for now I just want to get this out there.
here you can see dimple come up a lot, you can surely try making the speed of the video slower and analyzing the movement if you wanna get it more accurate to the original ^^
totally!
