(It is good but depends how you want it you can make it better, example like I like to make clear geometrical images so i would draw a thin outline that is showing the shape of candle instead of showing just colour at the candle light part it will show better geometrical patterns and which will give a good look ,) but the main thing is it the perfect image you wanted to make , it's really not about you can or you can't , it's about what you wanted, you can totally discard my words I am not truly very big artist, you can say I am just a newbie

awesome job, try limiting the value range for each object. the candle is as light as the fire and as dark as the shadowy background. here's a 30 second video explaining the concept [galzippor on Instagram] keep up the good work.
