You agreed to the commission you should try to get through it and update your tos to account for situations like this in the future. I’m really sorry, this situation sucks, but a customers trust is worth it for one shitty commission. They might spread you through word of mouth to other people . Maybe don’t agree to animation commissions in the future unless you feel prepared for them. If you really need to terminate the commission at least partially refund them and apologize. I know; this shit sucks, commissions are hard, it’s always important to make sure you can handle what you take on.

Yeah i already updated my commissions due to this. Im planning on finishing the commission im just struggling to move forward cause every step i take forward they want me to take a step back if that makes sense
