its hard to follow because most of the visual weight is on the left side of the composition, making it hard for the eyes to understand

a change you could do is exaggerate the perspective more, you already have a good thing going with the left leg being in perspective

maybe twisting the upper body a bit to move the extra limbs to the other side (?) and ease off the visual weight
