I'm creating a persona to be the face of my artistic identity going under the name "Spirit Art" and I'm having some issues. I want to create him to be like a ghostly character but less ghoulish. How do I make him more ghostly without going the scary route?
For the skin tone I want to be as natural as possible to a pale skin tone without being too neon if that makes sense.

Hrmm if youre trying to be as natural as possible you can make the base color, and then fade it around or play with it, not too strong colors, and ghosts doesnt have shadow or something like that so maybe with the base color should be alright
Prob u can also add accessories or make a thicker fading like flame if looks too flat

Yeah I totally agree about the accessories so I went for this idea and I think it reads really well for an artist persona 😁

It looks great in my point of view, maybe that ghosthy thing that grabs the accessories can be the base color as where it comes out, the one with the table can be the color of the pants and like that

Thanks! Yeahhh I'm terrible at coming up with color palettes yet I'm already wanting to do this thing like what if I change the palette depending on the season which I think would be super cute like how Lofi-Girl does so with their streams 😂😭
