Hes a little boxy, using reference with the picture can help too, i like to indulge a little in scribbling leather face and i think youve done quite well

Just remember that his face is skin

The mask i mean

Its skin thats been stretched and sewn

And youve done well but youve made him a little too symmetrical, with mine you can see how hes off balance, his mask is rough, sewn in an almost novice way, the ears flags of skin sewn to the sides

Maybe with making it more circular as well
