How do I make it look less boring?

this is a really rough WIP but it feels boring 🙁

i feel like some small details and textures can add a lot to drawing; some noise, gradients, or image overlays may help a bit . though since it's still a rough wip i don't really know how to help all that much I DO HOPE THIS STILL HELPS A LITTLE TJOUGHSORRY i really like the shading and colors:>

you could push the lighting more, make the darks darker and such

I second this and adding some reds in the shadows to reflect the background
