need feedback on proportions

I need help with redrawing an old art. I really love this art, but the body proportions bother me, and I'm not sure exactly what needs to be changed.

Draw it slouching a bit

Think triangle

Ignore that its ai, which sucks, just focus on the shoulders

Its more of a slope shape

Than a line
