i think her arms can be a bit longer, its kinda unclear what her arms are doing. i think theyre meant to be down but her forearms need to be longer going down to her hip ^^

This could be a style thing, but I'd fix the proportions of the face~

Lower the eyes so the top of the eyelashes kinda meet the ears so they have more of a forehead. Move the mouth and nose up a bit more so they have more of a chine/jaw.

You can keep the hair that poofy (I do like the style of it), but I kinda shrunk the hair and fur a bit with deform tool~

I really like the design of the character, gives me NaNa (anime) vibes with the fashion~!

The outfits color

The characters silhouette is lost with the blacks

If the jackets were a different color

Or atleast the black on the outside of the top

Also, try increasing the head size
