Coloring

How can i make the colors fit with eachother better rather than the whole thing looking very dull? (I usually start by drawing in black and white first then color it later but i really struggle with the coloring part ;_;)

I'm not sure what program your using but I know procreate has a really good tool for colour grayscale drawings it might look nice if you tried that

Yee i tried using them maybe i just need to put in some more time into the painting and maybe the whole thing would start to look nice idk

I think making the right half darker helps the highlights on the left come out much more, maybe helps with the color issue o.o
