I think why it feels off is cause you have drawn the eyes front on
But the head is angled
But the eyes are not! So adjusting them and adding a nose ridge to show the heads turned might help,with that off vibe ?

As Hart toonz said fold the eye around the head to show that's facing a bit sideways, I would compress it a bit for perspective, on the nose, you are marking more the outer nostril rather than the closest one, try to flip it and tilt it a bit as well as lowering the highlight of the point, this way it could be drawn as it's facing the right direction without the need to add a ridge, I would also set the neck a bit backwards and lower the ear as well as making it rounder and smaller
