I need help with hair

I meed help on how to draw hair better. I’ll try to make outlines but when i fill them out they don’t turn out to good

Id suggest making the hair parting follow the centre line of the face/ skull curve like this line, certain hairstyles will deviate of course but I think itd suit this one

I just find s point where the hairline should start then do quick strokes from that point. Example. (Rough sketch)

Or i trace by eye if i am working with a reference

Also, hair has volume
