Okay lets start with clothes, I want to give you a tip, when you draw clothes like this, start with simple silhouette and less of details to mark how are the clothing work and only after you start making details following your marks

#

And one very important thing

#

THE SILHOUETTE MUST BE SIMPLE

#

and understandable

#

Trace your line and you will see it

#

and yeah, head is a little to big, a ribcage is the size of 1.5 of a head

#

and the spine goes more like this

#

and you can make the skull better use more references

#

Well, I think that's all, I like the work and the idea, I hope you will make it better

#

Much better

But tracing the line isn't the better way to training and understanding of how to draw, but it's your choice

Anyway, good for you, goodluck with your next art
