I need help with the circled area..perspective is low key hard like his cape and hand

I'm not that good at perspective either but with a knife from a front facing view it would appear shorter/smaller

The hand holding the knife needs to go off to the left more. If you need an anatomical reference I’d make a circle where the left shoulder should be and build out the arm from the
