#SOMETHING FEELS OFF

For what can be interpreted that looks ‘wrong’ on this piece could be the line thickness and placement. Although it’s still a wonderful piece all in all 😊! This is just my assumption/advice and if it doesn’t suit what you’re trying to do with the piece, please ignore me lol.
The way I mean line thickness is on the top upper jaw bone/cheek next to the eyes. It’s thicker to a large extent that would be more better suited on the bottom jaw, neck part as that’s where shadow is. The thickness should be thin in lighter/areas where light hits or where there isn’t shadow in the piece. ( Also just a little bit of a light grey on the nose of Freddy would help better define the noses lines from the eyes).
The way I mean placement is by the bow tie being slightly tilted to the left and lowered, the eyes being slightly more left on the face. A slight adjustment to the right.
☺️sorry that this is long but I felt I should be detailed in my response rather than be simple and sound rude like “it’s line thickness around the cheek bone area.” The piece is wonderful even still! Have a great day or night! :3
so something more like this?
Yep! 😊
Np
Sorry the bother you if your busy but I wanna ask is it turning out good? (I gonna color in the bright parts, then do the background then the shadows.
It looks nice!😊
Turning out great
I see, well even still it looks wonderful
I still dont know what to do the background tho
I could do the original office
or like ontop of a cityline or smth
Are you aiming for something simple? Or do you want a place as the background?
You could also do like the stage in fnaf
Okay, for something dark you can probably look at different scenes in the fnaf games too for inspo
I suggest possibly like a teal or dark blue type of shading for the background to differentiate from Freddy’s brown
That’s fine than :3
K
oh btw one cool little detail about it
is in the original model for freddy
there is a handprint
on his head
dunno if you saw that in my drawing
I was kinda wondering what that was! A cool detail 😄
quick question
would you like it better
if I made the highlighto n his nose blue instead of gray
I heard that it looks more lively when you do it like that
I think it could help
A colored highlight is sometimes better than a not colored one
Eh I am gonna do the highlights after finishing the background
and know the final product (well like 85% done)
I am gonna take a break tho
was making the background layered below the drawing but holy shit this looks horrifying
XD
ngl
That’s why I do background after I do coloring and all that
I am just gonna release it
without a background
way too much work
too many layers
You can still do that if you want it’s your choice 🙂
