all villains
two characters have 4 arms and one is holding a huge ahh axe (im totally uncreative do not listen to me)
are you asking for help on making a lineup? you could try downloading or screenshotting a height scale. if they're being lined up horizontally, you'll just have to deal with stretching the canvas. there is, admittedly, no perfectly aesthetic way to line up several characters other than splitting up how many are on one page
The thing I'm using has one set canvas size..
so I'm putting 3 on one page and 4 on the other.
nope, Its not really an art program so thats on me
I was kind of wondering what role the designs give off
Do they look like Protagonists, antagonists, Villains, heroes, anti-heroes, anti-villains etc.
oh ok. i misunderstood what you were asking for. the one on left feels like a party member. the middle one gives rival vibes. the one on right is like they are your near omniscient helper that may or may not betray you near the end
hmmm
oh sorry, I'm not great at wording things (ironic)
could you elaborate on why? sorry, just want to know what aspects of a design give off certain things, I'm kinda new to character design.
their faces and body language do a lot of heavy lifting for implying their role. sizes too. the left one feels like they aren't 100% confident in themselves, but they don't look evil. so they seem like they would either support a primary protag or are supported by others.
the middle one has a mischievous expression and eclectic arrangement of accessories and colors. with those taken together, it makes it feel like she is destined to get in your way, like a typical rival. she may not necessarily be good or evil, she just has it out for the protag(s) in particular.
and the right one, by having a face that is extremely different from the other two, while also being tall and exuding an "untouchable" feeling, would be a person that is pulling the strings. but a person presenting that way can either be 1) a master manipulator or 2) a good leader. Sometimes both.
