Perspective help

I really need some advice on this perspective, especially around the head & the chest since i am not used to drawing bigger chests.

if her boobs are being pushed up by clothes i think its fine, but if not, they should sag

Push up bras push up the breasts, sports bras compress and hold in place more, just plain old bras hold the weight a bit and give a more rounded shape compared to sports bras (depending on the bra) and also if the bra is loose the breasts tend to sag more
