the nose is really small, and the eyes really big. the shading isnt terrible but its a little scratchy, but thats not a bad thing.
theres also something off about the lips? if you want me to redline it i can, i dont really know how to describe it.
her hair also looks like its cutting through her skull in the top left area.

i think the left side is shorter than the right, they also look a bit lopsises, and the left side is also higher up than the right.

I can give some general advice. Mirror image while you draw. Use reference, good photos that have clear values that you can use. Learn some basic anatomy, or check out the Andrew Loomis method to get better proportions. Learning proportions helped me the most. I hope you don`t mind I resized the nose and mouth to show you the difference. Mouth edge should fall under the middle of the eye and the edge of the nose should fall under the edge of the eye.
