#How can I make this more dynamic?

are they side by side or is he slightly behind her? I would have that be defined. I would tame down his jacket and if they're walking I'd have it to his side and behind him a bit. You could pull his arms forward and have them in his pocket of even clenched to help show he is annoyed at her. just some small adjustments to emphasize the mood
i think i would find an interesting reference image of cool poses from pinterest relating to the purpose or context behind this drawing ! it looks like it's meant to portray an unconventional family portrait so i would take that prompt and find maybe a traditional image of a family photo and use aspects from the actual story behind your characters to influence and change it a bit !!
for example-- does the society they live in have a sort of class system ?? if so, where are they in that?? noble or higher class family portraits tend to have a more formal approach or the feminine figure/wife sitting on a sort of chair while the masculine figure or usually leans on it slightly behind which sort of makes the image a bit regal feeling.
or a more casual family photo might include more relaxed posing that could be made interesting by incorporating the personalities of each character. are they lazy ? introverted?? then they might prefer sitting or sort of letting the other person be more focal or in front while an extroverted, confident person would stand more solidly in the center.
also consider overall composition: what would make a visually appealing drawing in terms of structure?? i would sketch out a few thumbnails with simplified versions of their figures (eg. blobs or stickmen or rectangles) to show where their body would take up and if the distribution of each person is equal or symmetrical or creating a pyramid shape that makes a balanced visual composition.
as for anatomy, i feel like the only way to improve is to either follow studies on youtube or use a specific reference online with real people-- changing that to suit your style if you don't like realism (or using a more stylistic reference in the first place)
there are also tools or websites online where you can make custom 3d models to be a reference for your characters in any pose you like
sorry this got so long !!! these are just tips from an imperfect hobby artist so you can take these with a grain of salt but i hope it helps!!
