I think my sketch looks better than my Line art...Any tips?

maybe its the thicker lines from your sketch that you like?

i think it is because your sketch has some variation to the line strenght, whilst your lineart does not.

for my preference I like to combine both the line art and sketch to give it more depth

Try using a thicker lineart, lowering the opacity of your sketch even more and adding line weight in creases and shadow.
