You might want the shading lines not such a mess of scribbles and instead go lower opacity and smoothly shade everything.

The pose is really good and I love the shot however the ear looks off and a little unnatural, other than that this is impressive, keep up the good work!

the anatomy looks a bit wonky! when making a head shape, using a circle/box as a base is reccomended. from this angle of the head, you should be able to see the back of the head. the hcin looks a little too low/mouth is large. art tutorials on pinterest should help further with different head perspectives!

If you use guidelines and draw a line down the middle of the face you'll see the chin is not lined up with the middle of the mouth , if you look at yourself in the mirror and imagine a line down the middle of your face your chin will line up with the middle of your lips and nose if you understand what I mean , here you've drawn the nose in the correct angle but didn't match up the jaw and chin with the mouth. I actually really like how you've drawn the nose :)) and I think you have a distinct art style which is cool. I also made the mouth a bit smaller , and changed the ear shape , hopefully this helps and makes sense haha !

The hair should lay ontop the head meaning you started the hair too close to the forehead , which is making his head appear flat
