Any improvements that can be made?

This is one of my more recent works.
is there anything I can improve on at first glance?
such as, is there anything that looks off or a certain texture or style that would look better?

I personally think that the pinkie should be brought in a bit more, it looks unnatural to me though I do love the rendering on the hair
