It its digital you can try flipping the canvas so you can see if something off (i do it a lot to see if the proportion are right 😅😅)

If you look at the mouth area. The lips don't align with the nostril area. I would also like to add that the shading is a bit off. Some areas of your object is shaded in areas that don't need to be there for example the top of the ear, and the tip of the ear. I am not sure exactly were your light is coming from. I hope this helps
