Excluding the weird (unfortunately unfixable) mistake I’ve made with the anatomy of the neck, is there anything I can do to make this drawing better? I’m really trying to practice lighting and posing, so advice on that specifically would be appreciated. Thanks

you could try to a glow to the fire spell she's casting : )
like around the flame but also on all the surfaces that face the fire and are near to it - like her face, the rim of her hood , fingers and so on.
